PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articulator with a guide laser irradiation device in which a laser irradiation device is attached to the articulator for use in making dentures for a patient of no tooth jaw in clinical dentistry, and thereby a linear laser beam is guided and applied to a midline and the occlusal plane as a base line when arranging artificial teeth on the virtual occlusal plane of a wax bank serving as occlusal criteria of upper and lower dentures occluded with each other.SOLUTION: A structure of an articulator with a guide laser irradiation device comprises: a small cross-line laser irradiation device (2) for irradiating an anterior teeth part and a midline in the height of a virtual occlusal plane of a midline guidance rod (1)； both wings (3) extending in the left and right upper jaw second molar tooth direction so as to become parallel to a virtual occlusal plane； and a line laser irradiation device (4) for irradiating a molar tooth part. The small cross-line laser irradiation device (2) for irradiating the anterior teeth part and the midline and the line laser irradiation device (4) for irradiating the molar tooth part perform guide irradiation of a linear laser beam to the midline and the occlusal plane on a wax bank as a base line, and thereby an artificial tooth can be arranged on the basis of the guide irradiation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 歯科臨床において無歯顎の患者に総義歯を作製する時に使用する咬合器にレーザー照射装置を取り付け、上下の義歯が咬み合う咬合の基準となるロウ堤の仮想咬合平面に人工歯を排列する時に、線状のレーザー光を正中と咬合平面に基準線としてガイド照射できるガイド・レーザー照射装置付き咬合器を提供する。【解決手段】 ガイド・レーザー照射装置付き咬合器の構造は、正中誘導棒（１）の仮想咬合平面の高さに前歯部と正中を照射する小型のクロス・ラインレーザーの照射装置（２）と仮想咬合平面と平行になるように左右上顎第二臼歯方向に伸びる両翼部（３）と臼歯部を照射するラインレーザー照射装置（４）からなる。 前歯部と正中を照射する小型のクロス・ラインレーザーの照射装置（２）と臼歯部を照射するラインレーザー照射装置（４）がロウ堤に線状のレーザー光を正中と咬合平面に基準線としてガイド照射し、それを基準として人工歯を排列することができる。【選択図】図１
