PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with excellent wearing property.SOLUTION: The diaper comprises: a top sheet 1 a back sheet 2 an absorber 3 and stretchable sheet 4. The stretchable sheet 4 is configured by disposing a plurality of elastic stretchable members in a stretched state between base material sheets 41 along the width direction of the disposable diaper at some intervals apart from each other in the length direction. Viewing from the width direction, the stretchable sheet 4 has an overlapped part 43 including an area overlapped with a part of the absorber 3. At the overlapped part 43, the plurality of elastic stretchable members 42 are continuously disposed along the width direction.
