In a general slit lamp microscope, a plate gear rail for guiding forward and backward movement of a slit lamp microscope by a joystick and a circular gear are formed at both side ends of a rod penetrating through the bottom of the slit lamp. According to an electric device for forwardly and backwardly moving a slit lamp microscope of the present invention, a central pulley disposed at one side of the rod, a pulley fixed into the front thereof, and a pulley rotating by a motor at the rear thereof are coupled through a belt, and the belt does not come in contact with a central pulley when a joystick is used, so the pulley is not encumbered by the belt. When a testee moves and a focus is not ensured while a user inspects or treats a tested eye by using his/her hands, the user should resume a treatment after adjusting a joystick by lower his/her hands. However, when a belt pressing rod is fitted and fixed to a belt fixing chain hole, a belt is coupled with a central pulley. When a motor is operated by pressing a foothold switch by a foot, the belt is rotated, and the rod is forwardly and backwardly moved. Thus, even when a joystick is not used, focus can be re-ensured.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017통상의 세극등 현미경에는 조이스틱에 의한 세극등 현미경의 전후 이동을 가이드 해주는 평판기어 레일과 원형기어가 세극등의 하부를 관통하는 막대의 양측 끝에 형성되어있다. 본 발명의 세극등 현미경 전동 전후 구동 장치는 상기의 막대의 일측에 구비된 중앙 풀리와 그 앞쪽에 위치한 고정된 풀리, 그리고 뒤쪽에 모터에 의해 회전되는 풀리가 벨트에 의해 결체되어 있으며, 조이스틱 이용시에는 벨트가 중앙풀리에 닿아 있지 않아 벨트에 의해 걸리적 거리지 않으며, 사용자가 두 손을 사용하여 피검안을 검사하거나 치료시 피검자가 움직여서 초점이 맞지 않을 경우 손을 내려서 조이스틱을 조정한뒤 다시 치료를 재개하여야 하나, 벨트 누름대를 벨트 고정쇠 구멍에 끼어 고정하면 벨트가 중앙 풀리에 결체되게 되고, 발로 발판 스위치를 눌러 모터를 가동시켜 벨트가 회전하게 되면 상기의 막대가 전후로 이동하게 되어 조이스틱을 사용하지 않고도 초점을 다시 맞출 수 있게 하는 장치이다.
