The invention relates to a polysaccharide gel of natural origin for dermatological use that comprises an aqueous solution of the polysaccharide of 0.1 to 5% by weight/volume, for example hyaluronic acid, and a viscous and strongly hydrophilic biocompatible alcohol at 0.5-5% by weight/volume, for example glycerol, and optionally the adjuvants that are commonly used in dermatology.
