PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sprayer which has a simple constitution and a high reliability.SOLUTION: An electrostatic sprayer 1 includes a spray nozzle 2 for spraying a liquid, and a cable 3 as a charging part for charging the liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle 2. The cable 3 is formed in a foldable and stretchable strip shape and has a strip-shaped conductive part 31, a first covering part 32 which covers the conductive part 31, has a conductivity lower than that of the conductive part 31, and has an insulation performance lower than that of an insulator, and a second covering part 33 which covers the first covering part 32, and has an insulation performance lower than that of the first covering part 32 and a mechanical strength higher than the first covering part 32.
