PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-size chest skin pressing device capable of simply pressing an appropriate position for promoting a half-side sweating action. SOLUTION: The elastic band (2) is provided with both ends (6) having locking parts (5) wound around the chest to lock the ends together, and an outer surface (3) of the elastic band (2) is pointed to a location corresponding to the size. The sheath-shaped cylindrical body 7 is provided with a display portion for displaying numbers, letters or symbols, and has a plurality of projections 9 on the contact surface side with the chest, which is provided with an insertion hole 8 for inserting an elastic band. The outer surface of the other side is provided with a viewing window for a positioning guide for visually recognizing the display part of the elastic band, and a plurality of sheaths are provided so that the display part can be viewed through the viewing window of the cylindrical body. The tubular body is inserted through the elastic band.
