The present invention relates to a newborn baby sleep apnea measuring apparatus and an operation method and a system thereof capable of diagnosing sleep apnea of a newborn baby based on an image and a bio-signal according to impedance data in a chest of a newborn baby and transmitting an alarm signal according to a diagnosis result. The apparatus can lower a probability of a false alarm by using a change in air distribution within a lung based on anatomical location of a chest image according to impedance data measured from electrodes attached to a chest surface of a newborn baby and diagnose and alert more accurate sleep apnea of the newborn baby through integration analysis with a sensed bio-signal.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018신생아의 흉부에서의 임피던스 데이터에 따른 영상 및 생체 신호를 기반으로 신생아의 무호흡 증상을 진단하고, 진단 결과에 따른 경보 신호를 전송하는 신생아 무호흡 측정장치 및 그 동작 방법과, 신생아 무호흡 측정 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 신생아의 흉부 표면에 부착된 전극들로부터 측정된 임피던스 데이터에 따른 흉부 영상에서의 해부학적 위치에 기반한 폐 내부의 공기분포 변화를 이용하여 틀린 경보(false alarm)의 확률을 낮추고, 센싱된 생체 신호와의 통합해석을 통해 보다 정확한 신생아의 무호흡 증상을 진단 및 경보할 수 있다.
