Invention herewith described refers to the molecules that interfere with the binding of the the tumour necrosis receptor factor to its ligand such as a soluble receptor, and which have proven their usefulness in both basic research and as therapeutics. The present invention provides an improved soluble transmembrane activator and the calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand-interactor (TACI) receptor.Molekuli koji se onemogućavaju vezivanje receptora za faktor nekroze tumora za njegov ligand, kao što je rastvorljivi receptor, dokazali su svoju korisnost kako u osnovnim istraživanjima, tako i u vidu terapijskih sredstava. Predmetni pronalazak obezbeđuje poboljšani rastvorljivi transmembranski aktivator i modulator kalcijuma i interaktor sa ciklofilinskim Ugandom (TACI) receptor.
