PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel means capable of purifying bisacurone from turmeric at more inexpensive price and higher concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a bisacurone-containing turmeric extract including processes (1) to (4). (1) a process for adding and mixing an aqueous solvent to turmeric, extracting a water-soluble component in the turmeric, separating a solid and a liquid and then recovering solution containing the water-soluble component (2) a process for adding and mixing a hydrophobic organic solvent to a solution obtained in the process (1), then separating a hydrophobic organic solvent phase and recycling the same (3 a process for removing hydrophobic organic solvent from the resulting hydrophobic organic solvent phase to obtain a dried article and (4) a process for adding and mixing an aqueous solvent to the resulting dried article, separating a solid and a liquid and the recovering a solution, and the hydrophobic organic solvent preferably has solubility parameter (SP value) of less than 9.5 and more preferably is ethyl acetate, chloroform or butyl acetate.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ビサクロンをウコンより安価に、かつ高い濃度で精製することが可能な新たな手段の提供。【解決手段】ビサクロン含有ウコン抽出物の製造方法であって、工程(1)~(4)を含む、方法。(1)ウコンに水系溶媒を添加混合して、ウコン中の水溶性成分を抽出し、固液分離した後、該水溶性成分を含む水溶液を回収する工程;(2)工程(1)で得られた水溶液に疎水性有機溶媒を添加混合して、その後疎水性有機溶媒相を分離し、回収する工程、(3)得られた該疎水性有機溶媒相より疎水性有機溶媒を除去して乾固物を得る工程、(4)得られた該乾固物に水系溶媒を添加混合して、固液分離した後、水溶液を回収する工程、前記疎水性有機溶媒が溶解性パラメータ(SP値)が9.5未満であることが好ましく、より好ましくは、酢酸エチル、クロロホルム又は酢酸ブチルである方法。【選択図】なし
