A non-contact type underwater illumination device uses electromagnetic coupling to transmit electrical power so as to completely eliminate the risks of electric shock and electric leak. The device comprises a power supply unit, a power unit, a control unit, a non-contact power transmission unit, an output unit, and a light emission unit. The structure of this non-contact underwater illumination device adopts a waterproof enclosure, and the internals comprise the power supply unit that converts an input alternate current power into a rectified power supply for powering other units. The control unit is externally connected to single-chip processing and control.
