The device (10) has a piston rod (12) displacing a piston (14) in a squeezing direction. An elastic resetting element (26) of the piston takes a relaxed position after end of each axial movement of the piston in the direction and release of pressure exerted on the rod. The resetting device produces vacuum in an interior of a body (28). A stop (18) is made of hard material and positioned at a spatial distance from the resetting device. The stop acts together with the rod and limits bias of the resetting device on the rod when the rod is actuated in the direction.
