A manifold assembly 12' for a thermoregulation system 10' includes at least one coolant inlet conduit, at least one heating inlet conduit, at least one outlet conduit and at least one recirculation conduit. The assembly also includes at least one mixing chamber 44 and 46 coupled to the inlet and recirculation conduits, first and second valve units coupled to respective fluid inlet conduits, at least one recirculation valve unit coupled to a recirculation conduit and at least one outlet valve unit coupled to an outlet conduit. The assembly is configurable into a plurality of different fluid circuits able to supply fluid to a cuff or garment (20, Fig 7), as well as to and from hot and cold tanks 16 and 18. The assembly may be able to isolate the cuff or garment and/or the hot and cold tanks in order to provide sophisticated temperature regulation of fluid through the cuff or garment.
