According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hydroponic plant cultivating device comprises: a hydroponic cultivating container which includes a waterway with a bottom surface having an inclined slope inclined in a direction from a waterway supplying end to a waterway discharging end, thereby allowing a nutrient solution used for hydroponic cultivation to flow from the waterway supplying end to the waterway discharging end depending on the inclined slope of the bottom surface； a plurality of cultivating plates which are module plates on which hydroponic plants are planted, are floated by the nutrient solution in the hydroponic cultivating container, and flow from the waterway supplying end to the waterway discharging end； floodgates which are provided for each sector divided in the direction from the waterway supplying end to the waterway discharging end in an upper part of the waterway of the hydroponic cultivating container in which the nutrient solution flows, are upwardly and downwardly moved in a direction vertical to the waterway, and open or block the flow of the cultivating plates； and a floodgate controlling unit which allows a cultivating plate positioned in a sector to flow to a next section by opening the floodgates when a predetermined cultivating plate transferring condition is satisfied and prevents movement of the cultivating plates along the waterway by blocking the floodgates when the cultivating plates are moved to the next sector. The present invention can improve labor productivity.본 발명의 실시 형태는 수로 공급단에서 수로 배출단 방향으로 기울어진 경사진 기울기를 가지는 바닥면을 가지는 수로가 형성되어, 수경재배에 사용되는 영양액이 바닥면의 경사진 기울기를 따라서 수로 공급단에서 수로 배출단 방향으로 흐르도록 하는 수경 재배통； 수경 식물이 심어져 있는 모듈판으로서, 상기 수경 재배통내의 영양액에 의해 부양되어 수로 공급단에서 수로 배출단 방향으로 흘러가는 복수개의 재배판； 영양액이 흐르는 수경 재배통의 수로 상측에서 수로 공급단에서 수로 배출단 방향으로 구획된 섹터별로 각각 복수개 마련되어, 수로에 수직한 방향으로 상하 이동되어 재배판의 흐름을 개방 또는 차단하는 수문； 및 미리 설정된 재배판 이송 조건이 충족되면, 수문을 개방시켜 섹터에 위치한 재배판이 다음번째의 섹터로 흘러가도록 하며, 재배판이 다음번째의 섹터로 흘러가 이동된 경우 수문을 차단시켜 재배판이 수로를 따라 더 이상 흘러가지
