PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attractant containing a sex pheromone substance effective for grasping the state of outgrowth of Archips fuscocupreanus, as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: This attractant of the Archips fuscocupreanus containing (E)-11-tetradecenyl acetate and (Z)-11-tetradecenyl acetate is provided by further containing &ge1 selected from (Z)-11-tetradecenol, n-tetradecyl acetate and (E)-11-tetradecenol, preferably having (2:8) mixed weight ratio of the (E)-11-tetradecenyl acetate to the (Z)-11-tetradecenyl acetate and attracting the male adult of the species.
