PURPOSE: A paper coffin for a funeral is provided to improve the durability by doubly forming a front plate, lateral plates, and a bottom plate, thereby preventing damage to the paper coffin during a funeral cortege. CONSTITUTION: A paper coffin (1) for a funeral includes a bottom plate (3), a front plate (4), a rear plate (5), a lateral plate (6), a cover plate (7), and a finishing plate (8). The front plate, the rear plate, and the lateral plate are folded to be erect on the bottom plate. A cover plate and a finish plate are arranged on the rear plate to be successively folded. The front plate includes a front inner plate (4a) to be folded to an outer side of a front outer plate (4b) connected to the bottom plate. The lateral plate includes a lateral inner plate (6a) to be folded to an outer side of a lateral outer plate (6b) connected to the bottom plate. A fixing plate (9) is formed between the front and rear plates to be integrated. The fixing plate is folded and fitted between the lateral inner plate and the lateral outer plate. A permanent magnet plate is attached onto the front inner plate and the lateral inner plate.본 발명은 장의(葬儀)용 종이관(棺)에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 별도의 고정 작업 없이 장례식장에서 간단하게 접어서 사용할 수 있는 박스형으로 구성하여 내구성을 개선하고 보관 및 물류에 따른 편의성을 제공할 수 있도록 한 장의용 종이관을 제공코자 하는 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 바닥판을 기준으로 전면판과 후면판 및 측면판이 기립상태로 접어지며, 후면판에 덮개판과 마감판이 순차적으로 접어지도록 전개되는 박스형 구성의 장의용 종이관을 구성함에 있어서, 상기 전면판은 바닥판과 연결된 전면외판의 바깥쪽으로 전면내판을 접어지게 구성하고, 상기 측면판은 바닥판과 연결된 측면외판 바깥쪽으로 측면내판을 접어지게 구성하되, 측면내판 및 측면외판 사이에는 전면판과 후면판의 양측에 일체 형성된 고정판을 접어서 끼워지게 구성하고, 상기 전면내판과 측면내판에 영구자석판을 부착하고, 이들에 대응하는 전면외판과 측면외판 및 마감판에 금속판을 부착하여 상호 자력으로 고정할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 또한 상기 전면판을 구성하는 전면내판에 바닥내판과 후면내판을 접어지도록 순차적으로 더 형성하여 바닥판 및 후면판을 이중으로 구성되게 하고, 상기 측면내판의 단부에는 바닥판의 양단에 형성된 고정홈에 끼워지는 돌편을 형성하여 측면내판을 접은 생태에서 고정되게 한 것이다.
