PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing member such as a fishing tackle that reduces surface frictional resistance and further combines both of coloring properties and reduction properties of frictional resistance.SOLUTION: A fishing member includes a metallic body 11 and a coating layer 20 disposed on the surface of the metallic body 11. A coating layer 20 includes a plated layer 21 for rust-proofing of the inside, and a coating layer 24 disposed on the surface side of the plated layer 21 and containing fluorine. The plated layer 21 increases rust prevention, and the coating layer 24 suppresses the surface friction coefficient and reduces the surface frictional resistance.
