PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based powder-containing cosmetic that suppresses skin stickiness, is enhanced in a dry feeling and persistency and exhibits an excellent feeling of use by uniform redispersion of silicic anhydride in an acidic to weakly acidic region, and a powder-containing cosmetic that, when contained inside a non-aerosol jetting container, exhibits excellent redispersibility of the silicic anhydride to inhibit aggregation thereby causing no clogging in an ejection port of the container.SOLUTION: The water-based cosmetic contains at least silicic anhydride, a cationic polymer, a nonionic surfactant and water, where the water-based cosmetic has a ratio of the cationic polymer to the nonionic surfactant (cationic polymer/nonionic surfactant) of at least 0.02 and at most 10 and a pH at 25°C of 3 or higher and lower than 7.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】酸性~弱酸性領域において、無水ケイ酸が均一に再分散されることにより、肌のべたつきが抑えられ、さらさら感及びその持続性が向上し、使用感に優れる、水系での粉体含有化粧料の提供、及び前記粉体含有化粧料を、ノンエアゾール型噴射容器の内部に収容しても、前記無水ケイ酸の再分散性に優れ、その凝集を抑制することにより、前記容器の吐出口に目詰まりが生じない粉体含有化粧料の提供。【解決手段】該水系化粧料は、無水ケイ酸と、カチオン性ポリマーと、ノニオン性界面活性剤と、水と、を少なくとも含み、前記カチオン性ポリマーと、前記ノニオン性界面活性剤との比率(カチオン性ポリマー/ノニオン性界面活性剤)が、0.02以上10以下であり、25℃におけるpHが、pH3以上pH7未満である。【選択図】なし
