摘要：: The present invention relates to a VEGF/PDGFR β fusion protein and pharmaceutical use thereof. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a bifunctional fusion protein comprising VEGFR extracellular ligand-binding domain and PDGFR β antibody fragments. It can be used for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and any other disease which can be improved by inhibiting VEGF and PDGF signaling pathways, such as cancer and diabetic retinopathy.本發明涉及VEGF與PDGFR β雙特異性融合蛋白及其用途。更具體地,涉及包含VEGFR胞外配體結合結構域和PDGFR β抗體片段的雙功能融合蛋白,可用於治療濕性老年性黃斑變性(AMD)以及其他任何能夠藉由抑制VEGF和PDGF信號通路改善的疾病,比如腫瘤和糖尿病視網膜病變。
