<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make oxidation reduction potential very low by taking-in a large quantity of very fine microparticle carbon particles of the smoke generated on roasting condition to enlarge specific surface area of bamboo charcoal, without early vanishing of ingredient thereof caused by firing combustion of the bamboo cylinder, by self-combustion carbonization type carbonizing reduction method, wherein salt is put in a bamboo cylinder, hot air is led therein, whereby the bamboo cylinder heats itself, moisture expands to release all except carbon as gases, the heat acceleratedly diffuses to other materials to proceed carbonization so as to make roasting state with a very little amount of air. <;P>;SOLUTION: There is provided a bamboo charcoal salt comprising fine bamboo charcoal microparticle carbon particles of 0.01-1 &mu;m average particle diameter and having oxidation-reduction potential of &le;0 mV and hydrogen-ion concentration (pH) of &ge;6.0, by self-combustion carbonization type carbonizing reduction method making roasting state with a very little amount of air. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
