PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and downsize a whole constitution of a sterilizing and deodorizing device, and make it possible to manufacture the device at a low cost.SOLUTION: A branch part 130 supplies an electric power having commercial power source voltage while branching it into a first electric power and a second electric power. A sensor side relay 150 drives a contact 152 based on an output of a control signal to a coil 151 from an output side of a biological detection control unit 140, and outputs the second electric power from the contact 152. A power source side relay 160 has: a coil 161 electrically connected between the contact 152 of the sensor side relay 150 and a power source control part 110 and a contact 162 electrically connected to a first electric power line, and drives the contact 162 based on an output of the second electric power to the coil 161 from the contact 152 of the sensor side relay 150, and outputs the first electric power from the contact 162 to the power source control part 110.
