According to the present invention, the capsule-containing type patch comprises: an external surface layer an adhesive layer applied on the upper surface of the external surface layer a support layer provided for a portion of the upper surface of the adhesive layer from the central portion of the external surface layer at least one capsule provided for a gap between the adhesive layer and the support layer, and sealed with a specific drug component inside and a protective cover member or a pair of protective cover members attached to the adhesive layer on an edge portion of both sides of the external surface layer.
