PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately record what kind of situation a medical worker who performed report using an existent nurse call system is in, while protecting patients privacy as much as possible and effectively utilizing functions of the nurse call system.SOLUTION: When a calling signal is transmitted by operating a portable transmitter 10 carried by a medical worker, the calling signal is received by a receiver 20 installed in each sick room while specifying a position of the installation, and a reception level of the calling signal is measured. A nurse call master unit 30 specifies a position where the receiver 20 having a highest reception level is installed. Meanwhile, a nurse call slave unit 1 records surrounding sound by a situation recording section 4. The nurse call master unit 30 then specifies the nurse call slave unit 1 installed in the vicinity of the position where the receiver 20 is installed, and connects a line with the specified nurse call slave unit 1 to acquire recorded voice data.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 患者のプライバシーをできるだけ保護しつつ、ナースコール装置の機能を生かしながら、現行のナースコール装置を利用して通報を行った医療従事者がどのような状況であったのかを適切に記録することができるようにする。【解決手段】 医療従事者により携行される携帯型送信装置10を操作することにより呼出信号が送信されると、設置位置が特定された状態で各病室に設置されている受信機20が呼出信号を受信するとともに、その受信レベルを測定する。そして、ナースコール親機30では、受信レベルが最も大きい受信機20の設置位置を特定する。一方、ナースコール子機1では、周辺の音声を状況記録部4によって記録している。そして、ナースコール親機30は、受信機20の設置位置の近傍に設置されているナースコール子機1を特定し、特定されたナースコール子機1との間で回線を接続して、記録した音声データを取得するようにしている。【選択図】 図1
