PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron beam irradiation device capable of shortening the irradiation time of a neutron beam in therapy.SOLUTION: A neutron beam medical treatment device 1 comprises an accelerator emitting a charged particle beam P by accelerating charged particles, a target T receiving the charged particle beam P from the accelerator and generating a neutron beam, and a moderator 50 emitting the neutron beam from the target T while decelerating.
