The present invention relates to a method for mixing an oxidizing agent and a nutrient with a dye. According to the present invention, hydrogen peroxide and a nutrient are mixed with a dye 1 including coloring, wherein the hydrogen peroxide and the nutrient are firstly mixed, and a mixture thereof is mixed with the dye 1. The hydrogen peroxide is added at a concentration higher than that of hydrogen peroxide of a desired dye. Accordingly, the hydrogen peroxide and the nutrient can be accurately, conveniently, and rapidly mixed with the dye for use in the desired quantity.
