CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for culturing soft tissue homograft comprises: a cell culture chamber(300) containing the soft tissue homograft(100) and a cell culture medium(200)； upper and lower grips(400) for vertically placing the homograft； upper and lower fixed stimulation parts(500) for providing tension stimulation and/or twisting stimulation to the homograft； and upper and lower driving motors(700) which are connected to the upper and lower fixed stimulation parts through a driving shaft(600) and transfers driving force for vertical movement and rotational movement.본 발명은 동종 연조직 이식체 배양 장치를 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 도입된 자가 줄기 세포가 이식된 동종 연조직 이식체에 적절한 배양 조건 및 물리적 자극을 제공하여 인체의 손상된 연조직을 대체할 수 있는 획기적인 동종 연조직 이식체를 배양 및 제조할 수 있다.
