The present invention relates to a cover forming a set with a pen type syringe, which inserts a disposable hub mounting a needle used one time into the inside to bend and crumple the used needle by using insertion pressure for basically preventing reuse of the needle, and easily and safely discharges the hub from the inside by using a one touch pressure method when a user separates the syringe from the hub in a screw loosening method. The present invention drives the needle, having passed the insertion and separation process when being wasted after using the hub mounting the disposable needle, to be in a state of completely having bent or crumpled a body portion besides a pointed portion, thereby having a separation function of being capable of the one-time used hub from a spiral portion of the syringe in the internal space of the cover and a discharge function of discharging the separated hub out of the cover by the one touch pressure method without being limited to a purpose of simple protection owned by the cover of a conventional pen type syringe.
