PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing residual active chlorine-containing water for using the residual active chlorine-containing water with sterilization power safely by a simple operation such as using city water, and method of producing the water.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the residual active chlorine-containing water includes: a water introducing port a dilution part fluid-connected to the downstream side of the water introducing port, for diluting the aqueous solution mixture of a high concentration residual active chlorine aqueous solution and an acid additive by water and generating the residual active chlorine-containing water for sterilization, the dilution part including an aqueous solution mixture introducing port and a Venturi part for mixing the aqueous solution mixture introduced from the aqueous solution mixture introducing port with the water and diluting it by the Venturi effect of the stream of the water the exit of the residual active chlorine-containing water for sterilization, fluid-connected to the downstream side of the dilution part a faucet valve fluid-connected to the downstream side of the water introducing port, for making the flow of the water on and off and a raw material aqueous solution introducing amount adjuster disposed in raw material aqueous solution piping fluid-connected between a raw material container and the dilution part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】殺菌力のある残留有効塩素含有水を、安全に、水道水を使うような簡便な操作で用いるための、残留有効塩素含有水の製造装置及びその製造方法を得る。【解決手段】水導入口と、水導入口の下流側に流体接続され、高濃度残留有効塩素水溶液と酸性添加剤との混合水溶液を水で希釈して殺菌用残留有効塩素含有水を生成するための希釈部であって、混合水溶液導入口を有し、水の水流のベンチュリ効果によって混合水溶液導入口から導入される混合水溶液が水と混合して希釈されるベンチュリ部を有する、希釈部と、希釈部の下流側に流体接続される殺菌用残留有効塩素含有水出口と、水導入口の下流側に流体接続され、水の流れを断続するための水栓開閉弁と、原料容器と希釈部との間に流体接続する原料水溶液配管に配置される、原料水溶液導入量調節器とを含む、残留有効塩素含有水の製造装置である。【選択図】図2
