PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmonization system of a brain activity classifier for realizing discrimination processing by a brain functional image method by harmonizing brain measurement data acquired from a plurality of facilities. A harmony system of a brain activity classifier performs brain activity on a plurality of predetermined brain regions of each mobile subject for a plurality of mobile subjects that are commonly measured at each of a plurality of measurement sites. By acquiring the data of the measured results, calculating a predetermined element of the brain function coupling matrix that represents the temporal correlation of brain activity for a set of multiple brain regions for each moving subject, and using the generalized linear mixed model method.
