The autoinjector has a lower body for receiving a reservoir (9) containing fluid. Injection units (5) inject the fluid through a needle when the needle is in an injection position. A moving device moves the reservoir to retract the needle from a body of a user after injecting the fluid. A timer is adapted to delay a predetermined time during operation of the moving device of the reservoir by a shutter (19) after injection of the fluid and to delay the withdrawal of the needle in predetermined time after the end of injection.Autoinjecteur comportant un corps inférieur (10) recevant un réservoir, ledit réservoir contenant du produit fluide et comportant un piston et une aiguille, tel qu'une seringue pré-remplie (A), ledit autoinjecteur comportant: - des moyens d'injection (5, 8) pour injecter ledit produit fluide à travers ladite aiguille lorsque ladite aiguille est dans une position d'injection, - un dispositif de déplacement de réservoir (2, 4, 9) pour rétracter ladite aiguille hors du corps de l'utilisateur après injection du produit fluide, un déclencheur (19), actionné par lesdits moyens d'injection, actionnant ledit dispositif de déplacement de réservoir (2, 4, 9) après injection du produit fluide pour rétracter ladite aiguille, ledit autoinjecteur comportant un dispositif retardateur (15, 16, 17) adapté à retarder pendant un temps prédéterminé l'actionnement dudit dispositif de déplacement de réservoir (2, 4, 9) par ledit déclencheur (19) après injection du produit fluide, pour retarder la rétractation de ladite aiguille dudit temps prédéterminé après la fin de l'injection.
