PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local cooling device capable of efficiently forming a cold air layer in a predetermined space.SOLUTION: A local cooling device includes an air guide part 14 arranged so as to hold a bottom surface (a conveyance surface of a conveyer 3) from both sides.
