It is an objective to provide a patch material having both excellent adhesive property and moisture permeability. The present invention is related to a patch material which comprises a backing material having a water-vapor permeability of 3,000 g/m 2 ·day or more and an adhesive layer having a water-vapor permeability of 5,000 g/m 2 ·day or more, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a polyurethane adhesive obtained by reacting (1) an active hydrogen compound having a number-average molecular weight of 5,000 or more and an average number of functional groups of 2 or more, and having a polyoxyalkylene structure, (2) an active hydrogen compound having a number-average molecular weight of 1,500-5,000 and an average number of functional groups of 1, and having polyoxyalkylene structure, and (3) an organic polyisocyanate, wherein an average number of functional groups of all active hydrogen compounds used for obtaining the adhesive is 2-2.6, and the content of ethylene oxide units of all active hydrogen compounds in the adhesive is 3-8% by weight.우수한 점착특성과 투습성을 양립시킨 첩부재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명은, 투습도가 3,000g/m2·day 이상인 지지체와, 투습도가 5,000g/m2·day 이상인 점착제층을 구비한 첩부재로서, 상기 점착제층은, (1) 수평균 분자량 5,000 이상이면서 평균 관능기수 2 이상인 폴리옥시알킬렌 구조를 함유하는 활성수소 화합물, (2) 수평균 분자량 1,500~5,000이면서 평균 관능기수 1인 폴리옥시알킬렌 구조를 함유하는 활성수소 화합물, 및 (3) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트,를 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄계 점착제를 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 점착제를 얻는데 사용된 전체 활성수소 화합물의 평균 관능기수가 2~2.6이면서, 상기 점착제 중의 전체 활성수소 화합물의 에틸렌옥사이드 단위의 함유량이 3~8중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 첩부재에 관한 것이다.
