PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve implantation operation of a stent mounted on a balloon of a catheter to a blood vessel in good operability.SOLUTION: A stent feeding device includes: a catheter 1 in which an expansion medium supply passage 5 supplied to a balloon 3 provided at the side of a distal end is formed from the distal end to a proximal end, a guide wire insertion passage 7 is formed from the distal end to a middle part of the proximal end side, and an opening 7b for drawing out a guide wire 6 to the outside is provided in the middle part of the proximal end side and a sheath 2 which is moved and operated between a position for covering and holding a stent 4 mounted on the balloon and a position capable of releasing the holding and expanding the balloon. The sheath 2 has a length shorter than the catheter 1, and is formed in a cylindrical shape for covering the stent mounted on the balloon, is moved and operated with respect to the catheter via a drawing operation member 15 mounted so as to extend along the catheter via a connecting member 16 in the proximal end side, and thereby releases the holding of the stent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルのバルーン上に装着したステントを、良好な操作性で血管への植え込み操作を実現する。【解決手段】遠位端側に設けられたバルーン3に供給される拡張媒体供給用通路5が遠位端から近位端に亘って形成され、ガイドワイヤ挿通路7が遠位端から近位端側の中途部に亘って形成されるとともに、近位端側の中途部にガイドワイヤ6を外部に引き出すための開口部7bが設けられたカテーテル1と、バルーン上に装着されたステント4を覆って保持する位置とその保持を開放しバルーンの拡張を可能とする位置との間に亘って移動操作されるシース2とを備える。シース2は、カテーテル1より短尺であって、バルーン上に装着されたステントを覆う筒状に形成され、近位端側に接続部材16を介してカテーテルに沿って延在するように取り付けられた引き出し操作部材15を介してカテーテルに対し移動操作され、ステントの保持を開放する。【選択図】 図2
