The present invention relates to a chemical applicator for a seedling box, which applies chemicals on the seedling box, and more specifically, a chemical applicator for a seedling box, comprising: a frame formed by bending lower portions of a front surface and a rear surface toward the center, wherein the front surface is bent at a more gradual inclination than the rear surface, integrally formed with an upper portion of a discharge part of a cylindrical case formed at the lowest part, and wherein the rear surface is integrally formed with a lower portion of the discharge part； and a chemical application part including a shaft formed in the center of the discharge part of the cylindrical case and a screw formed along the shaft, wherein the chemical application part applies chemicals stored inside the frame to the seedling box through rotation of the shaft.
