The invention provides a device for removing parasites on the surface of a fish body . In the cultivation pool of the device of the invention, a drainage pipe is connected to an outlet located on the bottom of the cultivation pool, and a filtering bag is connected to a distal end of the drainage pipe. The size of pores of the filtering bag are smaller than the size of eggs of the parasites so that the eggs of the parasites are filtered out and kept in the filtering bag when the eggs of the parasites located in the cultivation pool are expelled via the drainage pipe.
