The present invention relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions for viral immunotherapy, in particular to pharmaceutical compositions for viral immunotherapy for persistent hepatitis B infection. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprises an antiviral agent, an immunomodulator, and a recombinant hepatitis B vaccine, and is used to treat hepatitis B, particularly chronic hepatitis B.
