PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oily cleansing cosmetic where there is no drip, the burden on the skin by embrocation is small, the conformability with a makeup cosmetic is high, the dirt removability is high, and a refreshing feeling after washing is superior.SOLUTION: This solid oily cleansing cosmetic includes components (A) through (C). (A) shows hydrocarbon oil of a melting point of 60-120°C whose content is 5-15 mass% to the total amount of cosmetic. (B) shows liquid oil containing ester oil whose content is 35 mass% or more to the total amount of liquid oil.
