An object of the present invention is to provide a lawn repair material that is lightweight, has excellent handleability, and does not impair the landscape even if the grass vegetation is restored. A turf repairing material (1), comprising a biodegradable substrate (2) having a green colored portion (3) on the surface and having a major axis of 5 mm or less, wherein the biodegradable substrate (2) is crushed wood and bamboo. The lawn repair material 1 contains a lawn fertilizer having a diameter of 5 mm or less. The lawn repair material 1 is lightweight because the biodegradable substrate 2 having a major axis of 5 mm or less is a crushed product of wood and bamboo, and is excellent in handleability because it is easy to spray and store. Since the repellent material is biodegraded in the field, even if the lawn is regenerated, it does not swell in the repaired part, and the landscape unique to the green belt is maintained.
