The present invention relates to a delivery body of a vaginal lubrication drug and, more specifically, to an amphiphilic polymer micelle for delivering a drug to a vaginal mucosa, and a micelle-drug complex containing retinoic acid encapsulated therein to control moisture and glycerol secretion of a vaginal mucosa epithelium. The present invention effectively delivers a drug to the vaginal mucosa, thereby improving moisturizing and lubricating ability of the vaginal mucosa, and manufacturing a sustained-release dosage formulation having an increased time of a pharmaceutic effect.
