摘要:
FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: method for growing giant oyster Crassostrea gigas in the Black Sea refers to marine culture and aims at industrial oyster growth in the Black Sea in the controlled environment. According to the method for growing giant oyster Crassostrea gigas in the Black Sea, the producers are conditioned for 24 hours with keeping in the feed-free and water aeration environment. Serotonin dissolved in sterile seawater is introduced in the intervalvular fluid in an amount of 1 ml/unit in the concentration of 0.003%. The cells are separated by size 15 minutes after fertilisation. The cell culture requires maintaining a density of 50 thousand eggs/l, at the early and later larval development - 20 thousand larvae/l and 10 thousand larvae/l respectively, at the settlement stage - up to 1 thousand larvae/l. All the stages of oyster development provides feeding the oyster with feed at the early stages of development, the feed consists of Isochrysis galbana and Chaeioceros calcitroos in the concentration up to 100 thousand cells/ml in ratio 2:1 at the early stages, it contains microalgae Isochrysis galbana, Chaeioceros calcitrans, Phaeodactilum tricornutum, Tetraselmis suecica in the feed concentration up to 200 thousand cells/ml in ratio 2:1:1:1 respectively at the stage of pediveliger, the feed is additionally supplied with microalgae Skeletonema costatum (2 portions) in the general concentration of 200-250 thousand cells/ml. When conditioning the producers, the filtered seawater is changed twice a day. For separating by size, the cells are collected on a mill screen at a cell diameter of 32 mcm and filtered with filtered and sterile seawater. The embryo cell development is conducted in aerated sterile seawater. There are developed optimal conditions for producing larvae and growing giant oysters on a farm. The growing procedure involves selecting both the producers, and the larvae and controlling the whole culture process.EFFECT: owing to optimising all
