PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant and an implant assembly capable of introducing an implant into a living body by less invasive manner and reducing a load on the living body regardless of the type of filler used for maintaining the implant expanded state.SOLUTION: An implant 20 includes: a first layer 30 made of a porus film for partitioning a filling section 31 in which a filler is charged for maintaining an implant expanded state a second layer 40 for covering the first layer, the second layer made of a nonpermeable membrane that disallows a fluid to pass through and an introduction port 50b communicated to the filling section for guiding the filler into the filling section.
