The present invention relates to a guide for a bone cutting drill, which is configured to guide a bone cutting drill. The guide for a bone cutting drill comprises: a guide main body including a through hole through which a drill shaft of the bone cutting drill passes and an inner insertion hole formed at the rear of the through hole, coaxially positioned with the through hole, and having a diameter expanded as compared with the through hole; an inner including a hollow insertion body which is inserted into the inner insertion hole and includes a drill shaft insertion hole coaxially positioned with the through hole to enable the drill shaft to pass therethrough, a head portion which formed on an end portion of the hollow insertion body to be locked on a proximal end of the guide main body, and a plurality of O-ring fastening grooves formed along an outer periphery of the hollow insertion body; and at least one depth-adjusting washer coupled between the proximal end of the guide main body and the head portion of the inner and having an inner periphery elastically supported by O-rings fastened to the O-ring fastening grooves.
