The present invention relates to a composite photocatalyst purifying apparatus. The apparatus has a composite structure comprising photocatalyst plates, a cross type part arranged to be perpendicular to the direction of flow of fluid to be purified by lamps inserted in the photocatalyst plates, and a vertical type part arranged to be in parallel with the direction of flow of the fluid. Therefore, the apparatus has advantages of each type and compensates disadvantages of each type and thus has the maximized efficiency of purifying the fluid.
