PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnosis support system capable of searching information in a volume of electric medical charts and extracting the information.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support system comprises: electric medical chart generation means 1 which generates an electric medical chart corresponding to a patient based on patient information including a complained symptom, a consultation result with a disease name, a provided treatment and at least age as well as gender of each patient display means 3 to display the electric medical chart and electric medical chart storage means 2 to store a plurality of the electric medical charts generated by the electric medical chart generation means 1. The medical diagnosis support system also has operation means 4 to input a prescribed condition and extraction means 5 to extract information which meets the prescribed condition from text data described in comment sections of the plurality of the electric medical charts stored in the electric medical chart storage means 2.
