FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: lens for training human accommodative and vergence systems is mounted in a fixing device which is suitable for positioning in front of the eyes of a patient and has a variable optical power, a geometric centre and a horizontal meridian which passes through the geometric centre primarily horizontally with respect to said fixing device with a predetermined deviation. According to the invention, the lens is characterised by a plurality of vertical profiles which are perpendicular to said horizontal meridian, and has N near vision zones and F far vision zones, each having a centre lying on the horizontal meridian, with formation of N-F pairs of zones and the corresponding number of transition corridors between the F zone and the N zone of each N-F pair of zones.
