The invention relates to a syringe (1) comprising a body (2) delimiting a chamber (C), a piston (3) able to slide in the chamber of the body along a longitudinal axis (X1) of the syringe, and a deformable retention device (4) designed to prevent the piston from leaving the body entirely. The piston has a rod (31), a head (33) and a finger rest (32) which together are all in one piece. The retention device is mounted with force in the chamber and extends around the piston over an angular sector strictly greater than 180° when it is in the assembled position. Moreover, this retention device has external ribs (46) which, protruding, extend parallel to the longitudinal axis (X1), and which are plastically deformable when the retention device is fitted in the chamber. The invention also relates to a method for assembling this syringe.La invención se refiere a una jeringa (1) que comprende un cuerpo (2) que delimita una cámara (C), un pistón (3) capaz de deslizarse en la cámara del cuerpo a lo largo de un eje longitudinal (X1) de la jeringa, y un dispositivo de retención (4) deformable, diseñado para prevenir que el pistón abandone el cuerpo completamente. El pistón tiene un vástago (31), un cabezal (33) y un apoyo de dedo (32), los cuales juntos están todos en una pieza. El dispositivo de retención se monta a la fuerza en la cámara y se extiende alrededor del pistón sobre un sector angular estrictamente mayor de 1800 cuando está en la posición montada. Por otro lado, este dispositivo de retención tiene nervios (46) externos los cuales, sobresaliendo, se extienden paralelos al eje longitudinal (X1), y los cuales son deformables plásticamente cuando el dispositivo de retención está ajustado en la cámara. La invención también se refiere a un método para montar esta jeringa.
