PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical syringe having excellent sealing and sliding performances.SOLUTION: The medical syringe includes a cylindrical barrel 11, and a gasket 13 internally fitted in the barrel 11. The gasket 13 includes a body whose surface is constituted of an elastic member and laminated with an inactive resin film, and includes a circumferential surface part 17 coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface 16 of the barrel 11. The circumferential surface part 17 includes an annular projection 22 extending in the circumferential direction, formed on the surface thereof.
