The present invention relates to a bed for transferring a patient, which is vertically and horizontally movable and inclined at a predetermined angle by horizontal adjustment of the angle to transfer a patient to another bed. The bed comprises: a base frame (100) having a moving wheel (110) formed in a lower part thereof； a bed unit (200) formed in an upper part of the base frame (100)； a horizontal transfer means (300) horizontally transferring the bed unit (200)； and a vertical transfer means (400) vertically transferring the horizontal transfer means (300) and the bed unit (200).
