The present invention relates to a wearable living body diagnosis device, comprising: a neck band worn on a neck of a wearer and having both ends provided with contact units, respectively, reaching a chest of the wearer； a pair of electrocardiography electrodes provided on the contact units, respectively, to be in contact with the chest to measure electrocardiography of the wearer； a stethoscope sensor provided on any one of the contact units to be in contact with the chest so as to acquire a stethoscope sound of the wearer； a temperature sensor provided on the other one of the contact units to be in contact with the chest so as to measure a body temperature of the wearer； a wireless communications module provided on the neck band to perform wireless communications with an external device； a control unit provided on the neck band to control data acquired through the electrocardiography electrodes, the stethoscope sensor and the temperature sensor to be transmitted to the external device through the wireless communications module； and a power supply unit installed on the neck band to supply a power required for an operation. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve convenience of carrying or wearing and use and reliability of diagnosis and to automatically acquire and record biometric data of an elderly person or a person with chronic disease, thereby improving quality of medical service by scientific treatment and care monitoring signs of change in long-term health status thereof.
