Disclosed is an electronic vital-sign system with remote time synchronization, which uses a cloud database through a transmission to receive and integrate information of physiological data measured with an electronic physiological monitoring device and also enables remote performance of time synchronization of the electronic physiological monitoring device and the cloud database. The system further comprises a remote calibration unit, which enables the cloud database to carry out, via the transmission unit, remote inspection of accuracy of the electronic physiological monitoring device and correction of the accuracy of the electronic physiological monitoring device. The transmission unit can be arranged in an electronic physiological monitoring device or an external electronic device. As such, a user is provided with an electronic vital-sign system with remote time synchronization to avoid severe consequence caused by incorrect time.
