The present invention relates to a plate for orthodontics and a fixating screw thereof with a new structure to reduce surgical operation since surgical operation for gum incision is unnecessary and provide convenience during treatment since the fixating screw can be attached or detached. According to the present invention, the plate for orthodontics and the fixating screw thereof comprise: a plate(30) on which an elastic wire(13), connected to a orthodontic device(10), is hung while the plate is fixated by a plurality of fixating screws(40) placed on alveolar bone(A) inside mouth a fixating part(32) which is formed on one side of a plate member(31) and combined with the fixating screws(40) and a hanger member(33) which is formed on the other side of the plate member(31) for the elastic wire(13) to be hung.
